GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

All orders for our supplies, our materials or our goods, by Internet, in writing, by telephone or in the premises of oofti.fr, and more generally whatever the means, imply, on the part of the buyer , its adherence to the general conditions of sale established below.

This may only be waived by express written agreement from oofti.fr.

This is particularly the case for any special conditions modifying or supplementing them.

ORDERS

The products, instruments and services offered by oofti.fr are intended exclusively for dental professionals, dental surgeons, doctors, prosthetists, and other professional structures in this art, without this list being exhaustive.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

Orders, whether placed directly on the premises of oofti.fr, addressed in writing or transmitted through the agents of the company ELITE - oofti.fr siren 501 663 405, only become final and bind the Company after their confirmation in writing. This writing alone determines the quantity and quality of the goods sold.

DELIVERY TIMES

The shipping and delivery times indicated in the writings constitute objectives that the company oofti.fr undertakes to respect. However, they will only be given as an indication and oofti.fr cannot be held responsible for delays. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. TRANSPORTATION

All our goods are sold deemed to be picked up in store. The goods and packaging travel at the recipient's risk, regardless of the mode of transport or the terms of payment of the transport price. It is up to the recipient to safeguard his rights in the event of damage or failure. He must make all necessary objections and confirm his reservations by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, which must be sent to the carrier within three days following the day of receipt of the goods (excluding public holidays).

COMPLAINTS

Any claim must be made within eight days of the date of receipt. After this period, it cannot be taken into consideration. The buyer is prohibited from using a claim against the seller as a reason to defer payment of an instalment in whole or in part or to make compensation.

WITHDRAWAL PERIODS

The sale on our site is only intended for dental professionals and excludes any possibility of withdrawal.

SELLING PRICE

Our prices are invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect on the day of delivery unless expressly agreed otherwise on our part, price ex-warehouse, shipping costs, insurance, and VAT extra.

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable on site by the means offered by our site www.oofti.fr

RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE

We reserve ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of their price in principal and interest, even in the event of granting payment terms. By express agreement, oofti.fr may exercise the rights it holds under this retention of title clause for any of its claims on all of its products in the possession of the customer, the latter being conventionally presumed to be those unpaid, and our company may take them back or claim them as compensation for all of its unpaid invoices without prejudice to its right to terminate current sales.

CATALOGUE AND PUBLICATIONS

oofti.fr reserves the right to remove or modify its selection of dental products and supplies without notice, even when they are still in the catalog in the possession of the customer. oofti.fr cannot be held responsible for a printing error in the catalogs or publications that the company produces or for typographical errors that may appear in the offers sent to customers.

The photos are not contractual.

INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

In accordance with the laws and texts in force, the buyer is prohibited from reproducing in whole or in part the products of the company oofti.fr, under penalty of prosecution.

GUARANTEE

oofti.fr undertakes to deliver goods and products that comply with the technical specifications published and designed by oofti.fr, to repair or replace goods recognized as defective within 6 months of invoicing. Under no circumstances can oofti.fr be held responsible for damage caused by any of the products sold by the company.
