Maxi-Smart Suction - Cattani

Maxi-Smart is a dental suction unit designed for practices equipped with
of 15 chairs working simultaneously. It is the world's first dental vacuum system that maintains not only a constant vacuum but also a constant flow rate on each cannula, despite continuously varying demand.

PERFOMANCES : Maxi-Smart is equipped with a special Medio-Jet 2V suction motor which has a flow rate of 300 m3 /h and a vacuum level of 2400-2800* mm H2 0. The fifteen dental chairs operating simultaneously will thus be able to have a suction of three hundred liters per minute on each cannula.

THE CENTRIFUGE which replaces the large separation tank, has a flow rate of 300 l/min. (liquid aspirated). The Hydrocyclone ISO 60 amalgam separator is approved (by TÜV Essen) for a separation of 98.7% with a flow rate of 55 l/min.

THE INVERTER . The control box is equipped with an inverter (VSD) and a computer with dedicated software. The inverter and its software make it possible to reduce the constraints of the electric motors, automatically maintain a constant negative pressure and adjust the flow rate in real time according to demand. In other words, we can say that the electronics regulate the speed of the motor according to the suction demand by increasing or decreasing the frequency supplied. This allows for energy savings.

SELF-PROTECTION: Frequency variation suctions are the only systems able to react to difficult situations, whether work environment or power supply problems. Faced with difficulties Maxi-Smart does not stop, does not get damaged. Is the temperature too high? Does the suction stop on one unit? The machine control screen displays the alarm signal and via the internet or through a wireless connection with the service computer, contacts the technician by email or SMS.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY VACUUM CLEANERS. As we have mentioned and demonstrated several times using diagrams, our production of machines equipped with frequency variation and our software allows savings of up to 50% on raw materials and electricity.
