A5 HYGENE SD is a very quiet, latest generation autoclave (< 70db) designed to sterilize type B loads.

A5 HYGENE SD relies on very reliable German components, Parker solenoid valves, and a Thomas vacuum pump. The main technical characteristics are: Triple security door. More than 5,000 kg of pressure on the autoclave door during the sterilization cycle.

PED certified tank, the highest level of certification for sterilization tanks, which ensures protection against any vacuum leaks. Night cycles, with a gradual decrease in temperature which prevents condensation, and a special function of turning off the device 30 minutes after the end of the cycle which eliminates any electrical risk. Eco-Line autoclave, the most energy-efficient autoclave on the market (650 W per cycle), for eco-responsible behavior and significant electricity savings.

ADS, a patented device which behaves like a “real technician” capable of establishing a diagnosis and intervening in real time. A solution that limits anomalies, alarms and possible machine shutdowns while guaranteeing maximum reliability.

SD card: the collection and archiving of data concerning the cycle and operation of the sterilizer are managed on an SD card. This system also allows updating of the software and the autoclave without any technical intervention.
