Suggested operating range for instruments: precise work over 4–10 mm, with progressive elevation.

- Crestal incision and full-thickness flap.
- Sequential drilling with short, stopped “B.Y” burs until contact with the sinus floor (without perforation).
- Insertion of the osteotome set to the achieved height, gentle elevation of the membrane.
- Insertion of biomaterial via the Bone Carrier, volume control and compaction.
- Rinsing, checking and suturing. Immediate/delayed implant placement depending on indication.
