Refund policy

We are subject to the refund policy applicable to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

ARTICLE [X] – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply to transactions concluded between professionals.

Consequently, all orders placed with ELITE CERAM DENTAL GROUPE by professionals are firm and final and cannot give rise to any refund, exchange, cancellation, or modification, except with the prior written agreement of the company on an exceptional basis.

Furthermore, any order placed by an individual consumer in violation of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be deemed null and void and will not give rise to any refund, exchange, or right of withdrawal.
