Description
Opalustre is a viscous water-soluble paste based on 6.6% hydrochloric acid containing silica carbide microparticles. This combination removes stains chemically with gentle mechanical abrasion. Used to quickly remove unsightly decalcification stains less than 0.2 mm deep. Ideal for superficial white or brown demineralization spots due to enamel fluorosis mottling or pinpoint white lesions. The OpalCup polishing cups with brush, used in the Opalustre technique by micro-abrasion, facilitate a more abrasive action while minimizing spatter. The OpalCup finishing cups are used for micro-polishing the freshly treated enamel surface with Opalustre. These two models of OpalCup cups are autoclavable for a limited number of cycles. Eliminates superficial white and brown spots. Minimally invasive treatment of fluorosis. Result in a single session.
