V-Posil Light Fast is a precision impression material based on addition silicone (VPS) designed for detailed reproduction of intraoral structures. Thanks to its high fluidity and high hydrophilicity, it allows extremely precise detail reproduction, even in subgingival areas.

Used with putty or heavy materials from the V-Posil range, it guarantees reliable and precise impressions, essential for creating perfectly fitting prosthetic restorations.

Tear resistance

During impression removal, fine and detailed areas are highly stressed. The material's high tear resistance ensures safe removal without damaging the delicate reproduced structures.

This property allows the impression to be safely removed from the patient's mouth while preserving anatomical details.

Dimensional accuracy

During removal, the impression undergoes temporary deformation in the widest areas of the teeth. Thanks to a high elastic recovery, V-Posil Light Fast returns to its original shape and guarantees a faithful reproduction of the clinical situation.

Hydrophilicity and filling accuracy

An accurate impression must also allow for a perfect fill during model casting. Thanks to its low contact angle (< 10°), V-Posil Light Fast offers high wettability and allows the casting material to reproduce the finest details.

This property ensures optimal accuracy up to the final fabrication of the prosthetic restoration.

Working time and clinical comfort

The implementation time and in-mouth setting time are optimized to provide maximum comfort for both the practitioner and the patient.

• Extra-oral working time: approximately 2 minutes
• In-mouth setting time: approximately 2 minutes

The viscosity remains stable during the working phase, then increases rapidly after insertion in the mouth, limiting the risk of deformation and improving the accuracy of the impression.
