Riva Luting Plus Powder/Liquid Kit
Riva Luting Plus is a self-curing, resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement for the permanent cementation of steel crowns.
Applications:
- Bonding of resin, metal, and porcelain-fused-to-metal inlays, onlays, bridges, and crowns.
- Bonding of ceramic inlays and crowns
- Bonding of pins, posts, and screws
Indications:
- High bond strength:
Adequate adhesion to human tissues
Essential prerequisite for long-term restoration retention.
Excellent adhesion to dentin and zirconia to ensure the cementation of ceramic crowns and inlays.
- Significant fluoride release:
Prevention of cavities
Involvement in the formation of fluoroapatite, which is more acid-resistant than hydroxyapatite
Important role in remineralization
- Clinically Insoluble:
Clinically insoluble after its setting phase.
Very low "acid erosion" rate ensuring the longevity of the restoration bond. (The ISO standard stipulates that the material must not show "acid erosion" greater than 0.17 mm.)
- Setting time:
Chairside time-saving without compromising material quality
- Flexural strength:
Flexural cracking and fracturing rate ensuring flexural strength that promotes and improves the retention of restorations.
- Extremely thin bonding film:
Rapid flow into the intaglio surface of the prosthesis.
Fine bonding joint, i.e., film, synonymous with quality bonding of indirect restorations.
