ARP Cap is a retraction paste which can be used in any clinical indication requiring temporary gingival deflection and a clean, dry sulcus for perfect impression taking.
The paste is delivered directly into the sulcus using an easy-to-use and hygienic single-dose capsule. The capsule can be used with any composite capsule gun.
ARP Cap is recommended for temporary retraction at the marginal gingival margin, to allow a dry sulcus when the periodontium is healthy, such as:
- Taking an impression (physical or optical).
- Preparation for temporary crowns.
- Preparation for class II and V restorations.
