Suggested operating range by instruments: elevations up to approx. 1–4 mm.
Crestal protocol — summary ▼
- Crestal incision (full-thickness flap), controlled exposure.
- Progressive drilling with "B.Y" burs with stops until the sinus floor, without perforation.
- Placement of the osteotome set at the same height as the last bur used.
- Gentle membrane elevation, insertion of biomaterial via the Bone Carrier, control and compaction.
- Irrigation, hemostasis control, suture. Immediate or delayed implant placement as appropriate.
Precautions: reserved for practitioners trained in sinus lift. Assess residual bone height, sinus condition, and respect depth limits.
