Mineral Trioxide Aggregate: caps is a biocompatible, radiopaque, pre-dosed, easy-to-place permanent endodontic cement, packaged in single-use capsules.

It consists of very fine hydrophilic particles of several mineral oxides.


After activation, MTA Caps forms a paste which hardens in a humid environment, without increasing temperature, until a barrier impermeable to bacteria and fluids is obtained.

Mixing time (capsules): 30 seconds. Working time (23°C): approximately 2 minutes.

Indications:

  • Retro obturation in surgical endodontics.
  • Repair of perforations.
  • Pulp capping.
  • Apexification.

0.3 g capsule. The box contains 2 capsules.
