OptiDisc Extra Coarse *
Reduction and contouring. To adjust the original geometric shape of the tooth.

OptiDisc Coarse/Medium *
Finishing. To remove excess composite, shape secondary anatomy and finish the restoration.

OptiDisc End
Polishing. To remove imperfections and reduce surface roughness.

OptiDisc Extra-thin
Brilliant polishing. To reduce surface roughness and shine.

*The abrasive particles have no coating, which means that the moment you attach the disc to the chuck, you are ready to go!

• The translucent material provides great visibility of the work surface, for a very precise finish.
• Flexibility. The thinness of the disc gives it greater flexibility.
• Long-lasting performance. Made of durable polyester, impregnated with aluminum oxide particles.
• Ready-to-use abrasive layer. For better initial efficiency, the cutting edges are not covered.

Patented chuck design

• The chuck head is recessed from the disc and its surface is covered with a special coating to prevent scratches.
• Perfect transmission of engine torque to the disc, without slipping or sensitivity to the number of revolutions/min.
• Patented shorter chuck design protects the tooth from scratches and accidental touches that could leave black lines
• Easy access to posterior and narrow areas.

The OptiDisc dental finishing and polishing system
The OptiDisc finishing and polishing system guarantees you a perfect final result for your restorations. It assists you from shaping to polishing with the different color-coded grain sizes.
This polishing system is a key element for completing all types of aesthetic restoration.

The 4200 universal kit contains 240 discs :

• in 12.6 µm: 30 x Extra-Coarse in 80 µm, 30 x Coarse-Medium in 40 µm, 30 x Fine in 20 µm, 30 x Extra-Fine in 10 µm.
• in 9.6 µm: 30 x Extra-Coarse in 80 µm, 30 x Coarse-Medium in 40 µm, 30 x Fine in 20 µm, 30 x Extra-Fine in 10 µm.

The 4190 assorted kit contains 80 15.9 µm discs :

20 x Extra-Coarse in 80 µm, 20 x Coarse-Medium in 40 µm, 20 x Fine in 20 µm, 20 x Extra-Fine in 10 µm.

The 4188 mini kit contains 120 12.6 µm discs :

30 x Extra-Coarse in 80 µm, 30 x Coarse-Medium in 40 µm, 30 x Fine in 20 µm, 30 x Extra-Fine in 10 µm.
